Kids’s Center
Kids’s Center is a registered non-profit organization working in South Calcutta to support the education of underprivileged children. Established in 1986, Kids’ Center began by supporting the educational needs of around 30 children, the organization has grown to tutor around 120 for free, supplementing their formal schooling instruction, striving to keep underprivileged students in school. Much of this significant growth was made possible by MedhaUSA's sponsorship. Using MedhaUSA's funding the center provides nutritious midday meal and tuition to supplement school instruction.

Medha members Indrani Basu and Jayati Basu ( Mumudi ) visited Kids Center a couple of weeks ago . Kids Center , located on Fern Road in Kolkata has been one of our beneficiaries for over a decade . We have watched with pride as this organization has tirelessly served underprivileged children making education accessible and sustainable for those it serves .
Medha believes in hands -on involvement and we take every opportunity to visit organizations such as Kids Center .
